What is the current production time?

The current production time is approximately 6-8 business days + 2-5 business days shipping time (to locations in the USA)

Do you offer personalization?

Absolutely! That's what our shop is all about. Include the specifications for your engraving or personalization in the notes at checkout. Have questions? Simply send us a message. We would love to help out! OR visit our shops on Etsy that are focused around personalization. EngravedHappyism has all of our items with custom engravings. Happyism has all of our hangers, printed items, and apparel.

How do I create a custom order?

We absolutely love doing custom items for our customers. If you have a vision, send us a message. We'll work with you to create the customizations and will set up a custom listing for you to purchase.

How long will it take for you to create my order?

Our current production times are posted at the bottom of each page, as well as at the top of this page. These production times are estimates, and they may vary depending on the item(s) of interest. We do offer Rush options ($15 fee to produce 1-2 items in 1-2 business days, $30 fee to produce 3 or more items in 1-2 business days). Please contact us prior to purchasing to ensure we have the items in stock to rush.

Once You Have Shipped My Order How Long Will It Take For Me To Receive It?

  • If you are located within the US, once the order is shipped, it generally takes 1-7 business days to arrive.
  • If you are located outside the US please be aware that International orders can take 2-8 weeks to arrive depending on customs. Most orders are shipped the most economical way. If you would like to upgrade to Express mail please convo us for a shipping quote. All orders shipped outside the US may have duty or tax fees that your country might charge you. These are fees that we cannot quote you for and that we will not be held responsible for. Please purchase accordingly and cautiously - be aware that you might have to pay duty or tax fees upon accepting your order. We charge actual shipping fees only.

I tracked my package & it says "delivered" but I never received it. What should I do?

All of our packages are shipped USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL and we do not automatically ship with insurance. If your package shows delivered but you did not receive it please contact the company responsible for delivery immediately to file a claim. Since we are not the ones actually delivering the order we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We will not reship or refund these lost, stolen, or misplaced orders unless you have purchased insurance for your package. Please order with caution -- if you wish to add insurance to your order please contact us for a quote.

Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?

All items are made-to-order and permanently engraved/customized. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if we made an error on your order, please contact us immediately, and we will replace the item(s) at no cost to you.

Do you accept order cancellations?

We gladly accept cancellations.

A cancellation request must be received within 24 hours of purchase.

What is your refund policy?

We want our customers to be 100% happy with their purchases. Please contact us immediately if there are any issues. We will work with each customer to resolve any issues and answer questions. Refunds may be given on a case by case basis, if an error was made on our end. Please be sure to read our current production and shipping times, as there will be no refunds given to customers who haven't read them prior to purchasing.
